Excellent little bistro. Been here several times now and never been disappointed with the food. Plenty of choice on the menu, decent wine list and a kitchen willing to adapt dishes to suit fussy diners. Service friendly and polite. Will be returning!

The Side Door Bistro is in a great location in Hope Street and therefore really handy for a pre-theatre or pre-concert dinner. We were rather disappointed to find that the special offer menu was very limited in choice. Our starter of minced spiced lamb with hummous was very good, the main courses seemed to need more thought. My glass of wine was good. The service was friendly and efficient although a little over-anxious about our lateness.
