Titos

I am absolutely outraged with this place my son and his friend went there on his 16th birthday in April this year as a treat ,they really liked it so last week my son and the same friend ,after saving their hard earned £30.00 a week for working 9-5 all week on a scheme,decided to go shopping for their christmas clothes .

They then decided to go to Titos restaurant to finish off their day nicely before coming home,so they had a nice meal and unbelievably as they went to leave they were stopped by bouncers on the door who said they hadn't paid but lucky enough the lady who had took their money came over and told the bouncer they had.Although the bouncer did apologise,i don't think this is good enough,why did the staff not check amongst themselves before the kids left if they had paid,why was it even questioned if they had paid do you do that to all your customers,take their money and then have them pulled up at the door because you can't remember them paying, so instead them kids were shown up in front of everyone in and outside of the restaurant,and had their day ruined,by your staff,

I am really annoyed,although this is a nice restaurant,with nice food,the customer service is terrible.
