myself and 3 friends dined in Owens last friday. It was fantastic great atmosphere great service and even better food .Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in merseyside. I think the last review was about a different place altogether [maybe a jealous competitor].

quite simply abysmal, avoid at all costs. some food decent enough though veg sides cold, but service mechanical and given our spend was approx £800 nothing special at all. would not touch with the proverbial barge pole.
